Job Introduction An opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join us reporting to the Regulatory & Government Affairs Manager. As Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring WPD complies fully with the requirements of the DistributionLicence and industry codes, Electricity Act and agreements in line with Ofgem. You will represent WPDs position on regulatory and compliance issues to Ofgem, BEIS and the Electricity Networks Association (ENA).The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Regulatory Compliance team and managing a risk based regulatory compliance programme. You will be providing expert advice and interpretation on regulatory compliance withinthe distribution business and advice on strategic and emerging regulatory issues.The successful candidate will be based at Avonbank, Bristol or Pegasus, Castle Donington although travel to other locations across our distribution area may be required. Salary up to £80,000 depending on skills and experience.If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.
