Registered Nurse with experience in mental health illness in Community, Rehab or Acute Inpatient sector. They provide bespoke and individual support and accommodation packages.Description* Provide bespoke Rehab and Support Care within this Step Through Service* Working with Adult Male 18-65 years of age* 12 Bed Service* Work directly with the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead on the development of the Service* Lead Group and 121 Sessions* Oversea Support Plans* Support clients with mental health illness to transition back into the CommunityProfile* Self Motivated* Team Player* Minimum of one year post registration clinical experience* Community, Rehab or Acute Inpatient background* Understanding of Support and Rehab needs* Ability to develop recovery focused strategies* RGN or RMN Qualified with NMC Pin* Right to Work in the UK - unfortunately no sponsorship is available* CAR DRIVER ESSENTIAL - The location is not accessible by public transportJob Offer* Ongoing Agency role* £20-£25/Hour plus Holiday Pay* 12 Hour Shifts from 0730 - 2000* 40 hours/Week Average* Alternate Weekends* Opportunity of Permanent Position with salary up to £38k + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package* Start ASAP
