  • End-to end operational delivery of Business Services and Products in the designated region for the Defence Aerospace Business (i.e. across all Service & Delivery Towers).
  • Responsibility for necessary activities to drive flawless service delivery and adherence to SLAs and business imperatives in the region.
  • In country (UK) leadership for Service Leads and Senior Service Mangers for Defence Aerospace Business and Regional IT budget.
  • In country (UK) leadership for Service Leads and Senior Service Mangers for Defence Aerospace Business and Regional IT budget.
  • Accountable for Quality, Cost and Delivery for Services and Products in Region.

  • Demonstrable IT management experience and delivery of results in a regional role, operating within a large multi-national and global organisation.
  • Proven and extensive experience in stakeholder management at senior level (with an operational and / or service delivery bias).
  • Degree qualified or experience in a relevant discipline.
  • ITIL or similar qualification.
  • Exceptional influencing skills with specific regional lens and able to operate a demanding service orientated organisation and exposure / experience of a shared services operating model / organisation.
