Job Description

Regional Manager - EducationSouthwest (Somerset, Wales, High Wycombe)Salary: Up to £55,000, plus bonus and car allowance (OTE up to £75,100)With a basic salary of up to £55,000.00, plus car allowance and a generous bonus scheme, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £75,100 per annum.Benefits Include: -

We are working with one of the largest and leading care providers of childcare in the UK who also have more then 90% of their education/school settings rated as GOOD or OUTSTANDING by OFSTED on their search for a Regional Manager.They specialise in working with children & young people who have a range of mental health, behavioural or learning disabilities across a variety of settings and were looking to recruit a Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of schools across the Southwest.This role holds the responsibility for leadership, direction, and management of a portfolio of SEN and Disabilities Schools - including the direction of Head Teachers to achieve the highest levels of performance and of course to meet & exceed company and OFSTED standards. This will ensure that children & young people receive the bestpossible care and education available to them.Experienced Required
  • To have the experience to be a role model to Head teachers, providing leadership and guidance
  • Monitor and ensure quality, compliance with regulatory requirements is in place at each site
  • Proactively manage the regional budget in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and improve relationships, complying with regulatory requirements, representing the schools.
Essentials
  • You must have an understanding and previous exposure to OFSTED regulatory requirements.
  • Previous managerial experience and multi-site experience.
  • Understanding of Safeguarding & Independent school standards
  • Previous experience working with young people, challenging behaviour & learning disabilities.
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities.
  • Need to have an education background (Headteacher or Managerial role)
  • Multi-site experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full UK drivers license and access to own transport
