As Regional Corporate Partnerships Manager across the South of England, youll get more people involved in change that means everything.Whats the story Due to the growth of the regional corporate partnership portfolio, we are recruiting to a brand-new role joining the team to help deliver on some exciting corporate partnerships. Youll identify and secure new corporate partnerships, as well as support thework of the wider UK team. This role will give you the chance to change the future for thousands of children.About the teamYoull join one of the longest established, regionally based corporate teams in the third sector, with a track record of working with some of the largest and most dynamic businesses in the country. It has delivered strategic partnerships, commercial activity,and all sizes of charity of the year programmes. They are incredibly passionate and committed to invest in and help individuals to achieve their career goals and aspirations, which is at the heart of the team ethos. Previous members of the team have gone onto progress their careers in specialist fundraising positions and leadership positions within the NSPCC and at other well-known organisations.About youYour focus will be to identify, develop and win new corporate support through commercial, strategic opportunities and charity of the year partnerships. You will also manage some of the teams existing and future accounts, providing creative account managementto maximise the impact for partners.How do I know Im the right person for the role

  • You feel confident in building and maintaining relationships with existing supporters and generating new leads with cold and warm prospects.
  • With the right support, youll feel confident in talking about the NSPCC in a way to influence others and secure partnerships, in both a one-to-one environment and to large audiences.
  • You will be able to approach tasks with an open mind and work creatively both independently and with others to create powerful propositions.
  • You are organised, tenacious, new business focussed and ready for a challenge.
Working environment and benefitsThis role is primarily home based, with an expectation to travel freely across your designated region (travel expensed), plus occasionally travel to other parts of the country for team meetings, training and to support the wider team.Candidates will need to be based within or very close to the South West (Bristol, Wiltshire or the M4 corridor) or the Home Counties, as this will be a focus area for the role.In return, we can offer a flexible working arrangement to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
