Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, youll analyse the results and identify practical strategies to make sure all regulations are met- and ensure we continually improve the care we deliver, too.Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home, youll play a key role in the continual improvement of standards and help implement newinitiatives and actions to address any issues which arise.
