You will actively source candidates by posting creative, andattractive job adverts, and interview and register suitable applicants.But what will you need to be able to achieve thisTo achieve this and successfully fill your schools vacancies, you will need excellent time management skills, be able to use initiative to meet targets, and work in a solution focused manner.More importantly, you will need to bring energy, passion, and fire!
