Job Description

What youll be doing

  • To support the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment and training to Omnichannel colleagues through proactive organisation and planning activity.
  • Be part of ensuring the delivery of positive candidate and colleague experience by supporting the pre and on boarding of candidates and inital training in the team
  • Co-ordinate consistent tracking system for all recruitment activity from advert to hire Support call screening activity of candidates to shortlist for hiring managers
  • Co-ordinating interview activity and availability with hiring managers
  • Participate in any on site recruitment events or offsite external recruitment fairs/visits
  • Candidate communication through the whole candidate journey
  • Administration and maintenance of learning applications and processes including Workday Learning, Confluence, Clever Nelly (overseeing maintenance of users and question banks)
  • Shared mailbox management - Recruitment and Nelly mailbox
  • Scheduling, co-ordinating and booking on colleagues to training sessions delivered by the Training team, working with WFM/P&P/Managers so client service is not impacted
  • Supporting with audit and governance activities - coordinating the regular review of learning content owned by Training team, and Nelly question reviews with SMEs across the business Capturing survey feedback for recruitment and training activities (i.e.from new colleagues) to assess effectiveness and suggesting areas of opportunity for the team
  • Supporting in creating MI updates/dashboard for the team, Service leaders and managers - for visibility and awareness
About youEssential
  • Experience working in customer service or administration.
  • Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong desire to learn.
  • English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

  • Competency based interview conducted either in person or on Microsoft teams
Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am - 6pm. 37.5 hours a week
