A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleWe are looking for a Raw Material Call Off to join the Supply Chain team at our Kerry Portbury Bristol site!Reporting into the Team Leader Call off you will be managing call off actions generated via SAP for a specified set of SKUs to ensure there is no disruption in the Planned Production start dates.What will I be doing

  • ReviewRaw Material requisitions and issue POs accordingto leadtime
  • Monitor vendor confirmationsto validatedelivery dates. Act on variances
  • Reviewoverdue POs eachmorning and follow up with suppliers. Escalate issues
  • Monitor the Portbury Call Offemail inbox ona daily basis andaction relevantemails
  • Carry outactions as perDaily TaskList, andupdate daily as actions completed
  • Provide clear, timely communication of Supply issues via SAP cockpits
  • Check andmaintain relevantMasterData including NPI
  • Managethe F&R process to avoid serviceissues or stock write offs
  • Monitorshelf liferegularly andworkwith the supplier,Quality andWarehouse toextend as required
  • Carryoutactions assigned by the Inventory Analystfrom Stock at Risk reporting
  • Respond to Plan Releasequeries inatimelymanner

What do I need to be successfulIn Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in Supply ChainThese include:
  • Ideally, candidate will be qualified to degree level
  • FMCG industry experience. Food preferred, but not mandatory
  • Detailed ERP knowledge of the purchasing & material planning modules in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP experience a distinct advantage
  • Microsoft Excel
  • APICS Qualification desirable
