Working on a variety of project sized from £100k up to multi million projects. They are a small family run business who with recentproject wins and continued growth over the past 12 months, now they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team.In this role you will be overseeing the quantity surveying function in the business. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, forecasts, site visits, applications, cashflow forecasts, prepare monthly CVR reports from cost sheets, managing internaland external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivery in a timely and cost effective manner. This role would therefore ideally suit an Assistant or Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the step up into a Quantity Surveyor position. You will have strong experience working within the Construction sector and commercial awareness. The successful candidatewill be self motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be traveling to project sites around the South West so a UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is required.
