Quantity Surveyor (Exciting fit out developments)Bristol £50,000 + Excellent Career Progression + Great Benefits + Ambitious CultureAn exciting role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a business experiencing an exciting period of growth, where you will have an opportunity to progress into Senior roles whilst working on exciting interior fit out developments.Established for over 30 years this highly regarded company specialise in providing subcontractor packages to Tier 1 fit out contractors focusing on drywall/SFS/Partitioning developments, covering all elements from design to delivery & handover. Their primegoal is centred around providing the best service possible and delivering specialist, bespoke results to their clients, covering the interior & exterior Drylining aspects of multi sectored interior fit outs & refurbs. They have won several projects and continueto have an exciting pipeline carrying them well into 2023. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor. This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. This role provides excellent progression opportunities within the next 2-3 years to become a Senior within the businessIn this role you will report to the directors, liaising closely with the Commercial team & site team. Your role will be to ensure projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. You will be generating cost reports, estimates,preparing pricing documents, dealing with internal & external financial reports & resources.This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on fast paced fit outs, bespoke packages and working with a range of high-profile Tier 1 contractors. In turn you will gain experience working on multi sector developments & experiencethe full project life cycle from design to handover and be succession planned to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor.The Role
