Quality and Operations Manager - Learning DisabilitiesLocation: Bristol (Occasional Travel to Somerset and Gloucestershire)Job Type: Full-Time PermanentSalary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)Job Ref: BRISTOL/QOPLD/100An outstanding opportunity awaits you, to join our esteemed team as a Manager. In the role of Quality and Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team, assisting in quality auditing across the organization.Your active support for teams will contribute to the delivery of high-quality support and care services, ensuring they align with the desired outcomes of the individuals we support.Benefits of working with Nurseplus as a Quality and Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities:

  • Salary:£38,000 to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The main duties of the Quality and Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities role include:
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to evaluate and implement the organisations quality assurance program.
  • Providing constructive feedback to services and aiding in the creation of action plans to address areas of improvement at the earliest stage.
  • Taking responsibility, in the absence of a manager or during service-related issues, to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including completing necessary regulatory notifications.
  • Supporting and coaching the manager and/or team to maintain the highest standards of care and support within the service.
  • Adhering to and ensuring compliance and safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, capable of managing shifting locations and duties on short notice to cover for sickness and other management team absences.
  • Ensuring service delivery prioritizes placing individuals we support at the center, promoting their rights, choices, dignity, and diversity.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
  • Ideally holds a qualification at Diploma Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Possesses relevant experience for the role
  • Required knowledge of current social care regulations and legislation
