We are currently looking for a purchasing lead for an aerospace manufacturing client based in Bristol. You would be involved in making sure that the supply chain performance is as efficient as possible by applying proven purchasing techniques to maximiseefficiency as well as profit. You would be involved in the purchasing of raw materials and the sourcing and supply of them and negotiating terms and discounts with suppliers. The right candidate will have prior experience using ERP/MRP systems and have previous supply chain or purchasingexperience. Experience working within the aerospace industry would be desirable but not essential. The client are a well respected company within Bristol who do a lot of work with AirBus for smaller, tight tolerance aircraft parts. They offer a good benefits package and are willing to have conversations around expected salary.
