You will be responsible for the provision of a cradle-to-grave service; from advising upon disputeavoidance and mediation to land rights disputes and third party determination. There is a particular emphasis upon disputes arising from the Electronic Communications Code within this team’s caseload. You will gain excellent exposure to a majority of contentiousmatters, with the opportunity to act for a varied and high value client base. THE CANDIDATE:As an experienced and talented Property Litigation Solicitor from a City or well-reputed regional firm, you will be passionate and talented in this area of law. Academic and technical excellence are required for this role, moreover the ability to apply thelaw both practically and commercially. You will be ambitious, driven and determined to succeed within a highly successful team, and market leading firm. Furthermore, you will have completed a minimum of one Property Litigation seat in a well-respected PropertyLitigation team.
