Job Description

A UK real estate consultancy based in the South West is seeking a Property & Asset Manager to join the team in their Bristol office.They are looking for a go-getter who is eager to progress their career within the business. You will be working mostly on multi-let offices which may include some portfolios in Central London.Key Proeprty & Asset Management responsibilities include:

  • All aspects of property management and day to day running of commercial properties, including annual service charge budget reconciliation.
  • Reviewing and enforcing tenant lease covenant compliance.
  • Working directly to the one of the partners, you will be liaising with other surveying colleagues, facilities managers, and property admin and accounts teams.
    • Key Property & Asset Managment Requirements:
  • Member of RICS and full UK drivers licence.
  • Knowledge of property management software - TRAMPS and YARDI.
  • Experience in office assets and service charge budget administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with L&T law, and other asset management initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and strong numerical and written skills.
  • Driven and eager to work within a fast-paced team.
