Job Description

Do you have experience in Structural Monitoring Would you be interested in stepping up into Project Management Ford & Stanley – Talentwise, are proud to be working in partnership with one of the market leaders in Asset Monitoring Solutions.Our client provides performance monitoring systems for a range of different structures/buildings They have over 100 staff and are recognised for being at the forefront of asset monitoring, providing bespoke engineering solutions for their ever expandingportfolio of customers, including Network Rail, National Highways, and various Local Authorities, both UK based and overseas. Examples of structures monitored are:

  • Offshore wind farms
  • Railway Structures
  • Houses of Parliament
  • Queensferry Crossing (over 2000 sensors installed)
Job TitleProject Manager – Structural MonitoringThe Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Instrumentation/Monitoring Engineer that wants to expand on their career into project management. This is a great opportunity to join a business that will invest in training and developmentas well as providing a job that present regular challenge in interesting locations and structures.Our client is a world leader in the development of innovative asset monitoring solutions to enhance the safety and performance of various assets, operating across the Rail, Highways, Marine, Oil & Gas Industries and Civil Engineering Sectors. This includesboth physical equipment, and the utilisation of state-of-the-art digital technologies.If successful, the candidate will be joining a highly collaborative team, that are working at the forefront of asset monitoring technology and innovation.With business growth comes the opportunity for personal and professional development – the sky is the limit for the right individual! So, what will you be doingThe Project Manager will be overseeing the execution of projects. The overall design requirement will be provided to the project engineer but from there, they are responsible for the execution of delivery including how to practically install the system, consultingand managing the customer and overseeing the installation.Equally as important will be your ability to gain an understanding of their pipeline of works, and keeping an eye on what projects are on the horizon for them. This may help create new and bespoke products to suit their needs.Salary/Package:
  • £30,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience.
