Job Description

Role: Project ManagerLocation: Bristol, *Hybrid* Salary: Up to £85,000 (DOE)Skills: Project Management, Transformations, End-End, Defensive BackgroundA Global consultancy firm requires an innovative and methodical Project Manager to work in Defence and Security, within their Analytics, Insight & Data team. This diverse team will provide support to their clients through implementing strategies, outcomesand transitions, often on an international scale.This colossal consultancy corporation makes intelligent decisions based on the trajectory of technology, creating data-driven programmes that transform their targeted organisations. This is founded with expertise, passion and professional rapport withinthe industry leading team, constantly supporting the personal growth of each active member. As a Project Manager you will be required to:

  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
  • Work with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
  • Deliver components of end-to-end programme leadership activity in a variety of programme contexts from capital equipment to digital transformation
As a Project Manager you will need experience with:
  • Overall your experience should include contribution to large scale organisation transformation programmes, ideally using traditional and/or agile methodologies with a digital product and technology enabled focus
  • Experience of working on projects ideally in a consulting organisation, or in an internal consultant role
  • Experience of delivering digital transformation
  • Experience and knowledge of working in/with the Public sector
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments
  • Ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • Proven end-to-end programme management delivery ideally using one or more of agile, waterfall, PRINCE2 or hybrid approaches
  • Ability to plan, risk and benefits manage, and provide governance and reporting throughout a project
  • Experienced in at least one of the following types of programme; technology programme delivery, organisational restructuring, customer sales and marketing transformation, people and culture transformation
  • Highly collaborative approach to work, teaming across client departments and functions, as well as with others such as Change and Organisation Design teams
As a Project Manager you will receive:
  • Base Salary: £45,000 - £85,000
  • Annual flex bonuses
