Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Professional Bodies (CII, CISI and LIBF) and using these to develop additional opportunities for Partners/Advisers. To provide oversight of the firms 1000+ Chartered community, to ensure correct designations are used and maintain company and professional bodies professional values Developing the Chartered support available to Partners and maintaining the Chartered Mezzanine Service on a daily basis Support the Academies to develop a Chartered program for graduates and design and deliver presentations to all graduates detailing the Chartered programWho were looking for: Holds the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or close to achieving the Diploma, with the desire to progress further towards Chartered Confident presenter would be desirable but full training will be given Have a working knowledge at intermediate level of Word and Excel, and be competent at interpreting and analysing data Ability to influence and encourage individuals to undertake and complete their Chartered studies. Can build strong relationships with FMT at all levels and create engagement and buy in to promoting Chartered, this is key to its success Diplomacy in handling sensitive situations with Partners.
