Production Workshop Manager (Excellent Progression)£32,000 - £36,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Bespoke + 29 Days HolidayWorkshop based in Bristol. Commutable from Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Thornbury, Keynsham, Yate.Are you from a Joinery, Carpentry, CNC or any other Workshop background, looking to take the next step in your career with a growing innovative fabrication studio that will invest in you to progress into management alongside excellent training and overtimeopportunities where your hard work will be recognisedOn offer is the chance to join a small, family run company that are in a period of growth where your technical and career development will be nurtured.The company design and fabricate bespoke spaces and objects and due to continued growth and workload they are looking to add to the workshop team.Within this role, you will work closely with all members of the company from directors to design teams, overseeing all aspects of the production process from cradle to grave. There is a great amount of training so candidates from any workshop, carpentry, joineryor CNC background that are aspiring to move into management, are encouraged to apply.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit team that will look after your consistent development into a management position through excellent training, all whilst offering overtime opportunities to boost earnings.The Role:

  • Overseeing production, fabrication and design of bespoke spaces and objects
  • Liaising with all departments and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • 7:30am - 4:30pm, fully workshop based with some site visits (flexible on hours)
The Person:
  • Workshop background (carpentry, joinery, CNC or other)
  • Technically minded
  • Previous management experience desirable but not essential
  • Lives commutable to Bristol
