This position requires a robust engineering background and advanced technical skills, offering a chance to contribute to complex system configurations.Responsibilities:Efficiently build systems, sub-assemblies, and piece parts, adhering to ISO standards and achieving build schedules.Ensure compliance with the Bill of Materials (BOM) and customer specifications.Identify and resolve build problems, reporting technical issues through the FRACAS process.Maintain technical competence through necessary training.Act as a reference point for build sequences and guide less experienced technicians.Set an example for cleanliness, housekeeping, and Health and Safety within the build areas.Contribute to the Production Teams performance through continuous improvement initiatives.Work on a rotating shift pattern, as notified by your Team Leader.Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Requirements:Time served Electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds part 3, or HND, HNC, or BTech level 3.Precision-level wiring skills, including lead-free soldering and panel wiring to schematics.Ability to read electrical drawings and implement corrective action for fault-finding.Ideally, a combination of mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly skills.Ideally, experience in the semiconductor industry.PC skills.Highly committed team player with high standards of build quality.Flexible, cooperative, punctual, and self-disciplined.Good communication skills.. Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Should be able to work in a team and possess good interpersonal and communications skills.Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
