Despite the pandemic we’ve continued to grow and recruit new team members; weve put in place a strong induction process so we’re able to ensure that all new team members are made to feel incredibly welcome, supported and prepared, all while working remotely.The Role: A key role for Helastel, the Intelastel Product Manager is accountable for the commercial performance, the product strategy and the customer experience for Helastel’s brand new Autonomous Software Product, Intelastel.Job purpose: Working with sales and marketing to achieve ambitious revenue targets In close collaboration with the development teams, ensure the timely and quality releases in line with the product roadmap Ensure the right customer experience for the product so that those customers who use Intelastel rate the experience an 8 or higher out of 10 when askedYou will be responsible for:

  • Speaking with customers, prospects and carrying out market research to understand the needs and wants of the market and the competitive landscape
  • Gathering customer experience feedback on the product and working with the development team to make improvements
  • Developing and enhancing customer journeys for the product
  • Owning the product roadmap, working with product development to ensure its timely and quality delivery. Accountable for its prioritisation and, with the product analyst, creation of user stories
  • Producing product marketing materials and briefings to support sales and marketing activity
  • Supporting sales with important and key prospects and sales opportunities
  • Producing product training materials and documentation
  • Reviewing product pricing periodically based on customer and market feedback
    • You’ll bring the following to our team:
  • Credible and successful strategic, technical and marketing product management experience in business to business software
  • Demonstrable experience working within agile software development environments to deliver quality software that solves real customer problems
  • A great track record of bringing innovative technology solutions to market and then growing them
  • Successfully working with remote software development teams
