Principal Full-Stack Developer: Google Cloud / GCP: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Typescript, Vue, Nuxt, Kafka, Apigee, MySQLMy client, a major ecommerce brand, are looking for a Google Cloud / GCP SME from a Full-Stack Development background to join their team.You will be at a very Senior / Principal / Architect level, capable of having sensible discussions with senior stakeholders and building business critical solutions from scratch yourself. The role will be heavily involved in the design and architecture butalso very much hands-on doing the actual development / engineering work too.You will be working in a Laravel, Vue, Typescript, Nuxt stack so experience with these technologies would be ideal, but they are happy to consider developers with any language background as long as they have extensive GCP and Full Stack Development capabilityat a Principal level.This role is paying £80,000 - £100,000pa+ DOE (potentially even negotiable beyond this for the right person) plus up to 20% bonus and extremely generous pension as well as a range of other benefits. The role can be 100% home-basedor can be worked from one of their many local hubs nationally, so this is a role that can genuinely cater to any home / office / hybrid blend to suit your preference.Please Note: Although the roles are 100% remote, you must have full right to work in the UK, we cannot offer sponsorship.Essential Skillset / Experience- Extensive Google Cloud Platform / GCP experience- Software Design / Architecture- Current, up-to-date hands-on Full-stack development capabilityDesirable Skillset / Experience- Working in an Ecommerce environment- Current hands-on PHP (ideally Laravel)- JavaScript, Typescript (ideally Vue & Nuxt)- API Gateway experience, ideally Apigee- Data Streaming and an awareness of data flows: Kafka / Confluent- Strong MySQL SkillsIf you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered please apply with an updated CV as soon as possible as they are looking to move very quickly with this requirement.
