Job Description

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
  • Ensuring your patients receive the best care
  • Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
  • Leading and managing a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator, the [name regulator depending on the country]
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven management expertise
  • The motivation and drive to support their team to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and senior management
  • Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
  • Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Experience in analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to practice profitability.
