Job Description

  • eCommerce business, working on projects launching in to global markets.

    • We’re searching for two Website Managers to join a global innovator based in the heart of Bristol.What you’ll be doingAs part of thispioneering team, you will be the expert for all CMS related projects. You’ll be the link between the business and their external outsourcing company. As a Platform Specialist you will be delivering global and multi-lingual market content, aiding and supporting multiple different ranges of CMS Platforms. This role will involve training the current content admin teams, going through how to use CMS by holding workshops and providing training sessions. Guiding and directing the external users and partners of the CMS platform while making sure the quality is met.Working closely alongside developers and testers to deliver the highest quality content while on the other hand collaborating with the IT team to troubleshoot any issues within the CMS platform.What experience you’ll need
  • Previous experience either as a Platform Manager, Website Manager or Content Manager.
  • Strong experience using CMS platforms, preferably; AEM, Magento, shopify, Hybris or Sitecore.
  • Ability to coordinate with others, plan ahead and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Atlassian Suite experience would be a bonus
  • Strong communicational skills
