New Year New RoleExperienced PA/EA, seeking hybrid workingREED Business Support are working with a private equity house with high earning customers based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a PA to join their team.Length: Full time, and permanent.Location: Central Bristol, and will be initially office based for training. Once training is complete, you will have the option of Hybrid Working. 3 days office/2 days home working.As a PA, you will be supporting a 1- 2 teams, so it is important that you are at the top of your game, are enthusiastic and driven.Youll be able to work well under pressure.Within the role, youll be required to use your own initiative, and be confident with decision making. As youll not be working in the same place as your team, its important that you are tech savvy and know how to get things done.Although youll have your own team, it is important that you are able to work well with others; As youll be expected to jump in and assist others when needed.Responsibilities:Diary managementTravel and logistics managementMeeting room (including virtual) bookings and management, both internal and externalAnswering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messagesDocument production and finishing, particularly in PowerPointDaily administrative tasksEssential Requirements:PA/Secretarial experienceExperience of supporting important stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressureExceptional standard of written and verbal communicationCompetent with the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organisational skillsFamiliar with current technologies and communication tools, e.g. desktop sharing, cloud services etc.Hours: MondayFriday, 9.00am6.00pm with an element of flexibility, for things like cancelling a meeting or booking a taxiWhat elseYou will also receive a flexible benefits package, and lots of training, guidance and support in the role.
