Our client is a market leading professional services company providing services across insurance, pensions and investments mostly working with FTSE 100 end clients. They have just been going through a company wide HR Transformation programme and have implementedOracle HCM as the HRIS. As a result of this, they are looking for a People Services Analyst to join the team supporting the Oracle system.You will have HR System expertise, specifically Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle Human Capital Management / Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM application modules).This exciting opportunity has arisen to share your expertise and act as their System Expert; supporting the team with analysis, troubleshooting, testing and implementing improvements and supporting the existing user base and business post hypercare.Their fun and growing People Team are based across Cheltenham, Bristol, Birmingham, and Amersham. The team provides a full HR service to the Firm encompassing Total Rewards & People Solutions, People Experience, Organisation Development & Talent, Resourcingand Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
