About the role The People Partner will develop and be responsible for the delivery of the strategic and operational people agenda for the Division.This includes but is not limited to:
  • Taking responsibility for the HR aspects of new business development.
  • Effective use of HR analytics for workforce analysis and performance improvement.
  • Working with internal stakeholders on improving essential HR KPI’s.
  • Leading on complex ER matters.
  • Working with other People Partners to address culture change including effective partnership working.
  • To be responsible for collaborative working by building and maintaining visible meaningful working relationships across all divisions to help shape the strategic direction of the People function.
About youWe are looking for someone with a proven experience of handling all aspects of employee relations, including proactive investigations for any safeguarding, complaints or any other quality issues.Whilst this is a generalist role, there is a strong focus on ER, TUPE, ACAS conciliation and ET claim handling.Experience of handling high volume case load in a fast paced environment would be of benefit.It is predominantly home based but with travel required to support key stakeholder meetings.Key attributes:
  • You will have substantial experience of complex Employee Relations case management up to and including Employment Tribunals
  • You will be able to lead projects, chair meetings or run workshop style events
  • You will have considerable experience of advising and influencing managers on people issues
  • You will have substantial experience of recruitment and retention
  • You will have good Excel skills and experience of using HR analytics to drive decision making
  • You will be educated to Degree Level or equivalent
