Job Description

Pensions Technical AdviserLocation: Bristol or Cirencester or working from home optionMy Client are a FTSE 100 Company , they are a recognised and established National Wealth Management business that puts long-term relationships and trusted face to face financial advice at the centre of everything they do.They are looking for a Technical Advisor to become part of their Technical Connection Advice Framework Helpline team, based in either Cirencester or Bristol or WFH.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-respected, established department within the company looking to build a new team which offers autonomy and career development.The team provide expert generic and technical support, predominantly via phone, to an agreed high quality and agreed service standards.In return a competitive salary and unrivalled benefits can be offered with vast opportunity to progress with professional exam support.What youll be doing: Accurately resolve pensions technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, and any other digital medium Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager Achieve the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place Display and evidence adherence to the firms competency framework and the colleague and customer service charters Maintain professional qualification standards through effective CPD evidencing and recording Willing contribution to small scale projects within the division.Who were looking for:Pensions knowledgeYou will play a key role in providing a peerless pensions technical query resolution service via phone, email and Livechat.Adhering to agreed standards, through consultative questioning and identifying solutions to more complex technical needs and if appropriate refer to a more experienced technician.Ability to deal with multiple queries and nonstandard tasks at any one time.Qualified to Level 4 QCF or equivalent eg. Cii Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
