Job Description

They arean organisation and employer never stands still, in a company culture that is agile and that will invest in your career development.They now have a fully remote based opportunity for a Pensions Team Manager who will be responsible for proactively managing a team who in turn are responsible for a variety of tasks related to the administration of Defined Benefit and DefinedContribution pension schemes.Playing a pivotal role in leading and coaching your team effectively to deliver effective and consistent service to clients, you will also play an important part in:

  • Ensuring your team delivery aligns with agreed service levels and reporting requirements,
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of client profitability and expected service levels.
  • Overseeing the ongoing training of your team to ensure knowledge and skills are being developed continuously.
  • Ensuring your team complies with internal procedures, all aspects of pension’s legislation and adherence to service and quality standards.
  • Liaising with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure client expectations for all schemes are met by the team.
  • The provision of management information and Administration client reports as required.
  • Recording and investigating any complaints raised, undertaking root cause analysis and taking corrective action as required.
Possessing proven knowledge of DB and DC pension’s administration (Master Trust would be helpful), your experience will also include managing a pension’s administration team, along with strong coaching and development skills.This role is offered on a remote based and you will be fully supported by the wider management team.Offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package further information is available on application.Required skills
