Juice is excited to be supporting an expanding international organisation with the appointment of 4 x Payroll Specialists.As a Payroll Specialist, you will responsible for the administration of all transactional activity, and answering queries relating to the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the Employee Services team, to resolve queries relating to pay. You willstrive to deliver a best in class, efficient service.Duties include, but not limited to: Managing accurate payrolls Working with other team members to meet payroll deadlines Maintaining knowledge of current statutory legislation Building relationships with internal clients Opportunities to be involved in company-wide projects Dealing with queries via the phone and emails Working with outsource provider on expense payment as requiredMain Duties/Responsibilities: Process country/ region monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with legislative requirements and monthly deadlines Administer payroll related details on our HR/Payroll system Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls Accurate transmission of banking payments and bank accounts reconciliation Providing high level of customer service via Payroll Help Desk, e-mails and in person on a variety of queries of varying complexity to employees Continuously look to improve the efficiency of day-to-day payroll operations through work processes improvements Advising on compensation, legislation, benefits and tax related issuesQualifications/ Experience Previous payroll administration experience within a busy, service driven environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail across both manual and systems based work A natural ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask with little supervision A customer focused approach, with the ability to handle customer queries by digital, telephone and email A collaborative approach to work Great communication skills Able to adapt to a highly changeable environmentAdditional InfoThis is a fully remote position with immediate starts required.Duration: This is a temporary position for 4 months (with possibility of extension)Salary is negotiable, depending on experienceHours of work: 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
