The firm is recognisedas one of Europe’s leading Patent firms and has a wealth of accolades and accreditations.We are seeking a talented Patent Attorney with a background in engineering and physics to join the dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative and innovative environment. You will beresponsible for working with some of the firm’s leading clients on matters in the UK, Europe, US and Asia.Key Responsibilities:Draft and prosecute patent applications in the fields of engineering and physics.Provide strategic advice and IP counseling to a diverse client base.Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and projects.Qualifications:Qualified Patent Attorney with 5+ PQE (EPA, CPA, or equivalent).Strong technical background in engineering, physics, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
