Parts Controller BristolSalary from £24,377 plus Bonus and our great company benefits including life Insurance, Company pension, cycle to work scheme and more.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts & Customer Service Advisor to join the UKs leading Rental specialist in our increasingly busy site in Bristol.Being a Parts & Customer Service Advisor, you are at the heart of our Team. You are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair, ensuring all the right parts are ordered and on site ready for our technicians, an important aspect of the role is thepreparation job cards with clear instructions. Dealing with customer enquiries, giving vehicle progress reports, also dealing with a number of suppliers on a daily basis. Checking over job cards to ensure all the correct information is recorded and filed onthe system. You will arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and on completion of the job, collect payment from the customer, paying particular attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policiesOur Site is fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to make an incredible difference and apply your expertise and skill.
