Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a private medical company based just on the outskirts of Central Bristol.Working as a Call Taker/ Administrator you will answer incoming calls from customers, hospitals, G.P surgeries and clinics to take orders for transportation of patients to and from appointments.The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the following tasks:• Recording patients details carefully and accurately.• Booking discharges and transfers from hospital,• Booking regular journeys for renal and oncology patients• Communicating with the team out on the field• Being the first point of contact for customers and colleaguesThis role is part time -4 hours a day 5 days a week. The successful candidate can work 4 hours a day between 7am- 7pm.
