Job Description

Robert Half are currently in the process of recruiting an experienced Accounts Clerk for a Temporary to Permanent Part time role within a manufacturing/technology firm based in North Bristol.The role has been created due to a restructure within the company due to the pandemic.You will be required to work from the office.It will only be 2 days per week.The Role:

  • Collating and inputting invoices.
  • Preparation of monthly/weekly sales invoices; ensuring all invoices are reviewed for accuracy and are posted in line with the monthly deadlines.
  • Communicating and building relationships with various departments including site managers, accountants and project coordinators.
  • Ensuring that invoicing is carried out in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts and internal targets are met, along with timely resolution of commercial disputes or invoice queries.
