Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an Paraplanner to join a growing, directly-authorised company in Bristol. The firm is looking for another paraplanner to help manage increased workload. This is a hybrid role, split between office and home.The Company:

  • An independent financial advisory firm based in Bristol
  • Established firm with 22 years in business
  • Small and friendly team with 4 advisors
  • The business is employee owned and places an emphasis on the wellbeing of both employees and clients
The Benefits:
  • Salary up to £45k dependent on experience
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, rising up to 30 days with service
  • Non-contributory pension scheme - employer pays 7%
  • Death in service - 6x salary

  • Employee Ownership Scheme rising to 30% of salary in 5 years
The Role:
  • Supporting Financial Advisors in their daily activities such as writing reports and making recommendations
  • Assisting with client reviews and other administration tasks to support the continuous development of the business
  • Systems used: IRESS, Xplan, Voyant and FE Analytics
  • Back office support provided
