Job Description

Job Title:Panel WiremanLocation:BristolPay Range/details:Competitive SalaryContract Type:PermanentDue to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Panel Wireman. You will be part of a dynamic team working with specialist machinery in an exciting and highly technical environment. You will be working in a team and reporting to the ProductionManager, being responsible for building panels and integrating them with mechanical aspects of the companys machinery.Key responsibilities Panel Wireman

  • Ability to work from Schematic drawings
  • Building control panels; wiring, assembly/integration of drives, PLCs HMIs, relays, safety
  • circuitry, computers, monitors, comms ports, transformers, power supplies and proprietary
  • equipment and similar items
  • Building bespoke automated equipment for the companys clients predominantly based in the Automotive and Aerospace Industry
  • Working alongside the mechanical fitters to build machines
  • Following manufacturing and quality Procedures
  • Visual quality check of your own work.
Required Experience -Panel Wireman
  • Key skills include wiring, crimping, terminating and routing
  • Experience of all phases of production including testing.
  • Electrical skills
  • Basic mechanical skills
Qualifications & Requirements Panel Wireman18th edition qualifications, apprentice trained, and time served or commensurate experience.What they can offer Panel Wireman
