Now boasting an incredible £1.6million clients, they are committed to further innovation and fostering a culture of creative, digital experimentation.To support this growth, were now looking for a creative Paid Social Manager who can deliver hands on expertise, driving outstanding performance through creative ideation and execution. You will enjoy the responsibility of managing all paid social campaignson major social channels, retargeting and prospecting display campaigns.You will also be responsible for leading creative strategy across paid social channels by working closely within the in-house design team and other stake holders daily while working with external agencies for specific campaigns.This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the freedom to trail and test campaign strategies within the framework of one of the most respected and fasted growing companies on the FTSE 100!Location - Bristol with two days in the office per week.Salary - £45,000 + benefitsKey Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social, retargeting & prospecting display and native campaigns.
  • Leading the creative strategy for these channels.
  • Planning, writing, setting up and delivering effective campaigns.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to drive the channels forward.
  • Proactively testing latest updates and technologies.
  • A/B testing of creative, targeting and landing pages to ensure the best results.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns results using web analytics.
Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years media experience with large brand or agency.
  • Comfortable managing paid social and display campaigns.
  • Proven experience of managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Experience using the most innovative platform updates and technology.
  • Experience of managing social, native, and content network campaigns.
  • Experience of managing the creative development process internally and externally.
