Job Description

Robert Half are currently working with a long standing client based in Bristol to recruit an Interim P2P Transformation Manager to support over the next 3-6 months.This crucial role has emerged in response to a transformation project aimed at enhancing the existing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.Start date: ASAPDuration: 3 - 6 monthsDay rate: £300 - £400 per day (Umbrella)Hybrid working: 2/3 days in officeYour responsibilities and objectives will include:

  • Develop a project plan for transformation, outlining existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing potential solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for the Accounts Payable team, with support from the Process Improvement Manager, focusing on enhancements and efficiencies in processes.
  • Communicate detail about any Procure-to-Pay (P2P) changes across the organisation, providing training materials and guidance for seamless adaptation.
  • Collaborate with the Process Improvement Manager to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Finance team and broader business, addressing crucial compliance areas such as Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), No Purchase Order (PO) No Pay compliance,escalations, and priority payment volumes.
  • Collaborate with the Senior NetSuite Project Manager and SAP Concur project team to redesign the expenses process.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and concisely.
  • Excellent systems and Excel skills.
  • A background in project work.
  • P2P & Accounts payable background.
