They offer innovative products and services, and market-leading refrigeration technology, for which we have received awards and industryaccreditations.The Job:On behalf of our client we are seeking an OVERNIGHT Operations Support Co-ordinator, this role will be organising and co-ordinator engineers to location in order to fix or undertake planned maintenance. Within this role you will be working with servicelevel agreements so ensuring tasks are completed within certain timescales.Responsibilities will include: Review and adjust processes and tasks when needed Follow all escalation procedures if performance within SLA cannot be achieved as required Constant use of internal and Clients systems ensuring updates are available at all times Processing paperwork and tasks quickly and accurately Providing excellent Customer Service to all Clients and internal Customers Maintaining and growing relationships with all suppliers and Sub Contractors.The Person:Our client is looking for someone who has good communication skills, good IT systems (there are a few internal systems to learn) and someone who is organised.The Benefits:22 days holiday, rising incrementally to 25, plus bank holidays. Its It is 100% home based but there could be up to 8 weeks training doing day shifts in Bristol head office before moving to Out of Hours and working from homeThe Location:Brislington (BS4) with car parking but working from home once trainedThe Salary:£23,163
