.Out of Hours Care CoordinatorThornbury Community Services (part of Acacium Group)Bristol, BS99 with hybrid working opportunitiesPermanent, Full Time 42 hours a weekShift pattern - 4 on 4 off, working 12 hour shifts (2 days 07:00-19:00 and 2 nights 19:00-07:00)£24,500 per annum + bonus (Salary rises to £25,500 after 6 months)Unlock your potentialAre you a personable and customer-service driven individual looking for a new role We have a new opportunity where you can make a difference to peoples lives whilst thriving in a supportive team!Were looking for someone to join us in our Bristol office as a Care Coordinator! Were looking for a personable individual with great organisation skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In thisrole you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business.   • Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support were needed
  • Ensure clients clinical and social needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs
  • Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts and availability
  • Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner
