Operations Manager (Manufacturing / Engineering)£55,000 - £65,000 + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Company BenefitsBristolAre you an Operations Manager or similar with a manufacturing background looking to join an industrial production company that has been going for over 100 years in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the freedom to implement manufacturing processesand make your mark in an industry leading companyIn this role you will be managing across 4 sites in South Bristol looking after approximately 70 members of staff handling recruitment activities, disciplinaries, work load, and other man management duties. You will also be heavily involved in the productionside of the business aiding to improve and implement processes as well as working closely with the production team to optimise manufacturing. For the first 6 - 12 months of the role you will be completing a handover period with the current Operations Managerto get you up to scratch and familiar with the business.This well-established company hold a strong reputation for their excellent levels of staff retention and manufacturing prowess.
