In this role you will have overall responsibility of all operational and clinical service delivery in our communitycare businesses, joining us on ourvison to be the leading provider of world-class complex homecare services across the UK. You will work with the Growth Team to ensure we deliver for all new clients quickly and effectively and other Heads of Department toensure a safe, high-quality service and experience is delivered to all of our stakeholders whilst ensuring profitability meets and exceeds budget forecast.Part of Acacium Group, Thornbury community Services and Pulse nursing at Home provide bespoke, complex care in the community.   • Provide effective leadership and give advice and guidance to teams when and where necessary, providingthe example to be followed by others by creating an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Lead by example and ensure the businesses maintain their ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and deliver high quality, safe and consistent care together with our growth strategy
  • Beresponsible for the profitability and growth of our existing accounts and enhancing current business levels and growing new opportunities
  • Design and build operating models to provide world class care for our complex clients in the short, medium and long term

  • Experience managing large operations and clinical teams across multiple locations
  • Experience of working within the healthcare or public sector
  • The ability to analyse, prepare and present management information to assess business performance or to support a new initiative
  • The ability to organise and prioritise a high volume of key strategies/projects together
