Office Manager - Central Bristol - Permanent - £30,000 to £35,000 per yearFryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with a brilliant Management Consultancy in Bristol, to hire an Office Manager to join their team and assist the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer on all administrative tasks for the business. This fast growing business provides an excellent working environment in new modern offices in the heart of Bristol along with great benefits and training.The successful candidate will become the key point of contact for the Bristol office and be responsible for:

  • Event Planning
  • Room Booking/limited travel booking
  • Company Merchandise
  • Rewards and Recognition awards
  • Textbook Library management
  • Asset Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Creating slide packs for Senior Leadership meeting (Templates)
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Timesheet reminders
  • Booking and Arranging exams
  • Corporate System Admin
  • Office desk booking (Management)
  • Expenses for Directors
  • Office Management - Key holder and pass admin
  • Stationary and sundries ordering
The role will be based full time in the Bristol office (as you will be managing the office) however we can offer flexibility around office hours to fit in with your home life.Benefits include Private Healthcare, Life Insurance, 23 days holiday plus public holidays, 5% Pension and otherOffice Manager - Central Bristol - Permanent - £30,000 to £35,000 per year
