Job Description

Signature recruitment are working with a well-known tech company in the hunt for an Office Manager to join the business. You will be going in to create a culture of engagement, and an environment where people want to spend their time. Working within thecompanies brand new office, youll support the culture through growth and change.This is a unique, demanding position and will take a diverse set of skills. Youll be getting involved in everything from operations, reporting, facilities, staff wellbeing, events and socials, onboarding, office management and so much more.Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and coooridnate business activities.
  • Leads and reports on projects, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • Responsible for overseeing facilities and maintenance projects.
  • Promote the mental and physical wellbeing of our employees through promoting support services and organising wellbeing events
  • Lead the onboarding process and experience for all UK new joiners ensuring everyone has an excellent experience from their first day.
  • Purchasing of IT equipment, stationary, refreshments, general supplies.
  • Organise company events both internal and external, including round tables, roadshows, employee and client awards, training workshops.
  • Solve IT problems around the office such as employee laptops or meeting room technology, and contact the IT department when necessary.
  • Arrange international and detailed travel plans for Co-CEOs and all employees travelling for clients and company events, training workshops, coordination of itineraries, and agendas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Office management, Business management, EA, PM, PMO or similar role.
  • Discreet and able to handle delicate matters.
  • Able to work at pace to varying deadlines.
  • Good attitude and desire to get stuck in.
The small print: This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30. There may be some requirement for additional hours around events. Due to the nature of the role, it is office based. For more information please get in touch withLilly at Signature.
