Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client who specialises in Biotechnology Research based in North Bristol.

  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Location - Offices based in North Bristol however they will be moving to a new facility in July which will be based in Patchway
  • A permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday
  • Some hybrid options available initially, however this role will be fully office based from July.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy role, supporting different areas of a business including the operational areas, as well as acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. This is a developing role with opportunityfor growth so a great role if you are looking for development and long-term career prospects.The Main Duties for the Office Administrator role:
  • Providing strong administration support to the operational areas of the business.
  • Directly supporting
  • Building rapport with staff and visitors at all levels.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and visas.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and socials including room bookings and refreshments.
  • Organise and implement office moves.
  • Comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality.
  • Comply with the company quality management system and Health and Safety policy.
The Ideal Person for the Office Administrator role:
  • You must have experience in a similar Office Administrator / Facilities role, with a proven ability to provide strong administrative support across multiple operational areas within a business.
  • An excellent communicator being able to build effective relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • A professional telephone manor with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft 365 package including Excel, as well as being confident working with large sets of data.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills are key with the ability to multitask and manage various conflicting priorities at once.
