Job Description

REED Business Support are working with a fantastic Client in Bristol. Recruiting for a part time Office Administrator to join their team.This is a work from home role, but will be required to have a presence in Bristol 1-2 times per month to meet the team.Hours & Pay: Part time - 12 hours per week over 3/4/5 days (Flexible) (Flexible on days/hours - Starting 9.30am/10.00am) £19,000 - £23,000 full time equivalent (Pro ratad to 12 hours)Responsibilities: Liaising with recruitment agencies and help coordinate the hiring process. Handling incoming calls and post. Set up new staff members on systems and arrange equipment. As well as dealing with anyone leaving thecompany. Processing monthly expenses. Ensuring smooth running of the teams, including maintaining office supplies. Arranging meeting rooms and coordinating staff events. Updating internal policies and compliance documents. Arrange for any travel arrangement within the teams. Maintaining the existing and implementing new procedures, liaising with staff, monitoring absence, sickness,etc. Providing support to senior members of staff, scheduling and coordinating meetings and travelarrangementsRequirements: Previous experience, such as Admin, Office Coordinator or Manager Professional, friendly and self-motivated Attention to detail Competent IT user - Microsoft Office, and one of the following would be advantageous: Zoom, Xero, Zoho, Rydoo
