Job Description

O365/Teams Support Analyst, Remote, Home basedContractor required to support broadcasting of live events and managing these live events to ensure smooth running and support of the underlying technology.Responsibilities:-

  • Support the business in the setup, scheduling and running of virtual events
  • Provide technical support to the business during the live running of virtual events, including the broadcasting of live events
  • Work with the existing M365 technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to running virtual events
  • Produce timely and accurate documentation and (where appropriate) arrange for skills transfer/handover to internal teams
  • Advise, escalate and manage issues associated with the setting up and running Teams meetings and Live Events
    • Skills & experience required:-
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 Products specifically around the Microsoft Teams and Live Event applications; proven experience of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with M365
  • Understanding of MS Teams and Live Event governance and best practice
  • Awareness and understanding of industry standard security issues and processes and the challenge facing organisations in the digital enabled world
  • Understanding of Data Protection law and regulations.
    • This assignment falls inscope of IR35Rate to Umbrella company £250 pdGross rate to Ltd company £222.75 pd
