You will be supporting the recruitment of nurses including holding the welcome call to successful nurse applicants as well as working closely with our HR team to support and advice on the management of clinical incidents and complaints. You will work alongside the complex care teams to review and sign off new complex care packages, contribute to the quality management of our care plans through audit and clinical advice and provide support to our national critical care nurses.
