CompanyCompelling opportunity for a newly/recently qualified Management Accountant to join an international business in central Bristol. You will be responsible for key elements of the month end close, which will include performing reconciliations, investigating variances against forecast results and preparation of select balance sheet reconciliations.RoleThe Management Accountant will be responsible for a broad range of duties including statutory compliance, management reporting, maintenance of a strong internal control environment and business support. You will have particular responsibility for the revenue month end close process and for the preparation of financial information, including Group KPIs, margin analysis and any ad-hoc business analysis as required. You will also present monthly departmental cost analysis for teams against forecast and budgets and provide relevant business unit level reporting for inclusion in the monthly and quarterly performance review packs.About YouYou will be a newly/recently qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong people skills as its imperative in this role you demonstrate an ability to drive common objective thinking. With excellent planning and analytical skills, especially focused on identifying and measuring key business drivers, you will be comfortable dealing at all levels of the organisation.
