Job Description

We are currently working in partnership with a reputable Housing Association based in Bristol, who are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Operatives on a 3-month rolling contract, with likelihood of extension. The position is due to start immediatelyon a full-time basis, with an hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour on an Umbrella CIS basis.The ideal candidate will have experience completing carpentry works in a domestic setting.Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Completing various carpentry works, such as hanging doors, repairing work surfaces and cabinets, skirting
  • Plumbing, such as replacing and repairing sinks, taps, baths and showers
  • Painting and white washing on an ad hoc basis
  • Completing various plastering works, such as skimming and patch plastering
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own van
  • Own tools
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible start/finish times: staff can start working from 7am onwards
